We require a minimum of 3 hours for regular cleaning and 4 hours for deep cleaning. This ensures we have enough time to give your home the detail it deserves.
2. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No — we bring our own professional products and equipment. If you’d like us to use something specific (eco-friendly or fragrance-free), let us know ahead of time.
3. What areas do you serve?
We cover West Coast San Diego, including Imperial Beach, Chula Vista, Hillcrest, La Jolla, North Park, Pacific Beach, Downtown, and nearby neighborhoods.
4. Can I book same-day service?
Yes, if spots are available. For best results, we recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance.
5. Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?
Yes — many clients schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings to keep their homes consistently fresh.
6. How do payments work?
We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. For recurring clients, we can also set up automatic billing.
